“I want to build a $400M replica of Rock Hill, NC.”

I'll propose that neither party to that transaction has actually been to Rock Hill. If there is $400 million in private equity sloshing around for something like this, the economy's going to be fine. Rock Hill is the model for full-scale New Mexico testing lab.
